First Post Of Our New Adventure

Matthew 28:19  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
I promised several people that we would do a blog of our mission.  Here we are four months into our mission and I am finally getting around to it.  The first four months were filled with very intense training.  The first two weeks we were in at the MTC (Missionary Training Center) in Provo, Utah learning of all our duties.  When we arrived in the field we were overwhelmed with all there was to do.  You can read of our responsibilities under the “Our LDS Church Mission” link on top.  We started every day early and ended late.  We are now somewhat in the grove and feel we may actually be an asset instead of a burden.   We have met many wonderful people and are now getting to a point where we can spend Sunday afternoons visiting with inactive members.
This will not be  a daily post but rather and event post.   Occasionally we are going to highlight some individuals as we have some really great people in this area.
We love you all and hope you enjoy sharing our adventure with us.  If you are interested in our family, our condo in Mexico, or our 5th wheel here in Macon, Georgia, please see the links above.  As the Georgians say: Have a blessed day!

We miss you already, and we’ll miss you more on the 10th of January where I’m doing the CUALE (Indiana Jones) route once again. I think of you often and we miss the updating of the website. The biggie will be not having a power point video of the distribution unless someone steps forward and tries to fill your shoes.
I’m sure your endeavours are even more valuable where you are and I salute you for your dedication.
I’ll look forward to following you both along with your work via your blog.
All the very best of the season from sunny Puerto Vallarta.
